Mr Rashid Munawar
Mr. Rashid is the department head of CFD and vice president of mechanical engineering at Mechansys. He leads technical and commercial discussions with clients across HVAC, oil and gas, transportation, automobile, and power sectors, using 1D and 3D CFD tools for project design and verification. As an effective team leader, he oversees project planning, execution, and client communications to ensure successful outcomes and timely delivery. Proficient in various CFD software and tools like CAESAR II, Ansys, SolidWorks, and Autopipe, Mr. Rashid has a strong track record of managing teams and resources to deliver high-quality solutions within budget and on schedule.
Mr Munawar Pasha
Dr. Munawar Pasha, Phd, M.Tech (Structural Engineering), has over 20 years of experience leading the CAE department at Mechansys and serving as Executive Director of Structural Engineering. His expertise in risk management, strategic planning, and client engagement has ensured the successful completion of numerous engineering projects. As an accomplished team leader, Dr. Pasha possesses extensive knowledge of structural analysis software and specializes in structural mechanics, FEM, and CFD projects. Proficient in Tekla, AutoCAD, NX-Nastran, Femap, ABAQUS, Fluent, and ProE, he has a proven track record of effectively managing teams and resources to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
